REPORT OF FINDINGS (RF) APPOINTMENT
HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
30 minutes before your appointment, please....
Click on the Lab Test below that will be discussed. If more than one test will be discussed, click on the first one listed below that applies to you. Tests are listed in the order to be discussed at the Report of Findings (RF) appointment.
New Clients will receive their initial Lab and Nutritional Reports by UPS or USPS before their first Report of Findings (RF) appointment. Please call to reschedule your RF appointment if your reports have not arrived by the RF appointed time.
Retesting Clients - Check Your Emails - Please check your emails at least 30 minutes prior to RF appointments scheduled to discuss the results from retesting blood, saliva, stool or urine, It is very importantthat you also have your copy of the previous Lab Report in front of you so that a "comparision evaluation" can be provided. Insert your latest Lab Report on top or in front of its previous report in Tab #2 of your PEP Binder.
Retesting of TMA (Hair) Lab Reports: Note: Your TMA Lab Report will be USPS mailed to you. However, if we determine that you will not receive your Tissue Mineral Hair Analysis (TMA) Report [blue booklet] before your RF appointment, your two-page TMA Lab Report will be emailed, also.
